do I place and order?
Orders may be placed on our web site, faxed in, emailed in,
or called in to our telephone staff. All orders are subject
to account
verification.

Do you
sell to the public?
We are strictly wholesale, and do not sell to the public.

What
forms of payment are acceptable?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also
ship COD and certified check. Wire transfers may be arranged
on
large orders. Our terms are strictly NET 30 to creditworthy
accounts.

Am I
subject to sales tax?
All transactions are taxable according to the laws of the
state where the purchase is going unless a resale certificate
or tax exemption certificate is provided. We do not charge
tax; we merely collect it.

What
is your privacy policy?
All transactions are confidential. Our mailing list is never
rented, sold or used outside of our company. The same policy
holds for our email list.

What
are your hours of operation?
We are open for business from 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday-Friday
EST.

How
quickly do you ship?
Most of our in-stock items are shipped the same day.

What
shippers do you use?
Our customers have the option of choosing FedEx, UPS, USPS,
etc., and we offer 1, 2, or 3-day shipping options on all
services.

What
is your warranty policy?
All items are warranted to the extent of the warranty by the
manufacturer. We assist in this process if the manufacturers’
policies enable us to do so.

What
is your minimum order requirement?
Our minimum order is $250.00, but emergency exceptions can
be made.

Do
you drop ship?
Drop shipping arrangements may be made at an additional cost.

Where
is your warehouse located?
Our 35,000 square foot warehouse is at 35-35 24th
Street, Long Island City, NY 11106. We have been here for
fifty years.

What
is your return policy?
We accept defective products for exchange or credit. We stand
behind what we sell to the extent of the original manufacturer’s
warranty.

Who
is eligible to order from your company?
You must be an approved wholesale customer to access our website
or place an order. We define a wholesale account as an individual
or company whose livelihood involves the sale or use of our
products.

Where
do you ship?
H.L. Dalis will ship anywhere in the world accessible to common
carriers.

How may I start doing

Download a credit application,
send it to us along with your resale or tax exemption certificate,
and receive an approval and password to our website.

How
are returns done?
Items that are returnable due to defect or other justifiable
problem will receive and RMA number through our returns dept.
This will enable them to be properly received and tracked.

substantial is your organization?
We currently employ about 75 people in various support and
sales capacities.
